1. Service description

EduJoy provides an AI-powered tool for generating lesson plans and learning activities. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Use of the service

You may use EduJoy for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits.

3. Accounts and credits

Each account receives 5 free credits per calendar month, resetting automatically every 30 days. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. AI-generated content

Plans generated by EduJoy are produced by an AI model. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before use. EduJoy is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or harm resulting from use of generated content. See our AI Disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you input. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal and professional use. EduJoy retains rights to the platform, branding, and code.

6. Limitation of liability

EduJoy's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EduJoy after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law
